many years, the Land of Mickey has enjoyed a reputation of being very
generous with those in need. We
thought that, as we move into the fall season, we remember those who can
use a little help getting their kids ready for school. So we’re asking
you to please bring school supplies (to the picnic) that we can donate. Pens & Pencils…..Paper…..binders….. Also, some of these kids need help getting a good meal, so we are
looking for canned goods for an area food pantry. Canned
soup, vegetables, fruit, etc. No anchovies!! I will personally come to your house and TP it if you

squares of heavy-duty aluminum foil 12 inches by 12 inches ·
4 chicken breasts, pounded or cut evenly thick ·
8 Tablespoons salad dressing -- I used Italian ·
4 medium potatoes, sliced thinly ·
1 zucchini thinly sliced ·
2 cups long fresh or frozen (thawed) green beans DIRECTIONS: 1.
Place
one tablespoon of dressing on a foil square and top with a chicken breast.
2. Top chicken breast with another tablespoon of
dressing. 3. Arrange potatoes around chicken and top with
zucchini slices and green beans. 4. Fold foil over and seal well. 5. Place over a medium-hot grill and cover. 6.
Cook
for 20-25 minutes until chicken is no longer pink and potatoes are tender.
